Arunai Engineering College shortly known as AEC was established in the year 1993 by an eminent Visionary and Philanthropist Thiru E.V.Velu as an offshoot of "Saraswathi Ammal Educational Trust". This institute is academically affiliated to Anna University.

Achievers Day is celebrating on every year during our Founder Chairman Thiru. E.V.Velu Birthday. On this auspicious day the students those who placed in various organization through campus recruitment will collect their offer letter.

AEC is organizing a Job Fair every year in association with Dinakaran leading Tamil Daily News Paper for the benefit of Jobseekers. Many companies participate in this event for their recruitment.
